The audit will focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the youth ministry, utilizing surveys, listening groups, evaluations, consulting with clergy persons, youth ministers, other staff persons, parents, adult youth leaders, and the youth of the church and community. This tool is designed to interface with Bill Easum's "Complete Ministry Audit". The goal of the audit is to evaluate and answer the questions, Who? What? Where? Why? When? How?
